Our Story

Empowerment Through Hair was created with a simple mission: to use professional hair care as a tool for confidence, healing, and personal growth in young girls living in group homes and orphanages.
As a licensed hairstylist from Paul Mitchell, I recognized the powerful impact that hair care can have on self-esteem and identity. This initiative was born from the belief that every young girl deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported.
Through consistent hair care services, education, and mentorship, Empowerment Through Hair was developed to provide not only physical care, but also emotional support and encouragement. Our goal is to create safe spaces where young girls can learn self-care, build confidence, and feel empowered to make positive life choices.
This work is rooted in compassion, community, and the belief that small acts of care can lead to lasting change.
